PP 4220 features ultra-low melt flow rate, outstanding rigidity and creep resistance. It serves as core base material for thick PP filter plate substrates, delivering stable dimensional stability under long-term high-pressure filtration conditions. PP 8303 balances rigidity and low-temperature impact performance, effectively preventing plate cracking during repeated diaphragm inflation and compression cycles. PP 8101 offers excellent processing fluidity and filler compatibility, ideal for high calcium carbonate filled formulations to lower production costs while maintaining mechanical performance. Compounded with matched TPE elastomer, the material system greatly improves the flexibility and fatigue resistance of PP diaphragms, enabling repeated expansion and shrinkage without rupture.
Compared with ordinary general-purpose PP, our formulated PP&TPE composite raw materials show superior acid and alkali corrosion resistance, adapting to wastewater treatment, mining, chemical slurry and metallurgical solid-liquid separation scenarios. Finished diaphragm plates feature reliable hot air weldability. Seamless welding can be realized by hot air gun equipment, creating smooth, tight welding seams without gaps. No rivets or adhesive are required during assembly, making finished filter plates fully recyclable and compliant with global green environmental standards.
We provide flexible OEM customization. Clients can adjust formula proportion, filler content, color and packaging according to local production technology and working conditions. All materials adopt standard 25kg woven bag packaging, stable quality batch by batch, with consistent melt index and mechanical indicators to avoid unstable extrusion output. Notes:
1) The product is incompatible with PVC. Purge thoroughly before and after use of this product with a low flow (0.5 - 2.5 MFR) Polyethylene (PE) or Polypropylene (PP).
2) Color concentrate with PP, LDPE or EVA based carrier is recommended.
3) Drying is not required. However, if moisture is a problem or to get better appearance, dry pellets for 3 hours at 600C.
