Pallet Sleeve Boxes are eco-friendly collapsible bulk containers designed for storage, transit and warehousing within modern industrial supply chains. Also named Pallet Sleeve Containers, they serve as an ideal replacement for conventional packaging mounted on single-use and multi-use pallets made of wood, plastic or metal. Unlike wooden crates and disposable cartons, this modular packaging system delivers long-term cost benefits while meeting global sustainable packaging requirements for closed-loop logistics.

A complete Pallet Sleeve Box system consists of three core components: base pallet, foldable honeycomb sleeve and lid cap. Both pallet bases and top lids are manufactured from robust HDPE material with excellent impact resistance and stacking performance. The middle foldable sleeve, also widely known as CON-Pearl sleeve, is produced from premium PP honeycomb board, bubble guard sheet or multiwall PP corrugated sheet. During production, the PP honeycomb panels go through crease forming, heating treatment and hot air welding processes to form flexible foldable walls, supporting W-fold and Z-fold structures for convenient folding and unfolding.

Compared with traditional packaging solutions, our collapsible pallet sleeve boxes carry prominent competitive advantages. When empty, the honeycomb sleeves can be fully folded, cutting return transport and warehouse storage space by nearly 75%, greatly lowering reverse logistics expenses. The PP honeycomb raw material is waterproof, moisture-proof and mold-resistant, avoiding deformation and damage caused by humid environments during sea and land transportation. All materials are fully recyclable, complying with environmental regulations in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. Without wooden components, the containers are exempt from ISPM 15 fumigation requirements, simplifying customs clearance for cross-border shipments.
